- Nordic Anuncios is a platform that simply facilitates the publication of listings between users. We do not moderate, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of the listings published.
- All users are fully responsible for their own listings, including all written content, images, pricing, and any legal or financial consequences resulting from their advertisements.
2. Legal Compliance
- All users are required to comply with Spanish law, including any regional regulations, EU directives, and applicable VAT or tax obligations.
- It is the user’s sole responsibility to understand their own legal obligations. Nordic Anuncios does not offer legal, tax, or commercial advice.
- Listings that violate the law will be removed without notice. In serious cases, we will report the user and all available information to the Spanish authorities or law enforcement.
3. Prohibited Content
The following items and services are strictly prohibited from being listed or sold on Nordic
Anuncios:
- Drugs or controlled substances (including prescription drugs sold without a license)
- Weapons or firearms of any kind
- Counterfeit goods, replicas, or fake documents
- Stolen goods
- Human trafficking or services involving exploitation
- Endangered animals or illegal wildlife trade
- Pornographic material or escort services
- Alcohol and tobacco products (unless legally permitted and licensed)
- Gambling or lottery tickets
- Financial services without proper licensing
- Any service or product that violates Spanish, EU, or international law
4. Tax & VAT Responsibility
- Sellers are responsible for knowing if they are required to charge VAT or declare income from sales.
- Nordic Anuncios does not collect, remit, or report taxes on behalf of users.
5. Safety & Scams
- Users must not post misleading or false information.
- Scams, phishing, or any attempt to defraud users will result in an immediate ban and reporting to authorities.
- Nordic Anuncios encourages users to use safe payment methods and meet in public places when conducting transactions.
6. User Agreement
By submitting a listing, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Ad & Listing Policy.
- You accept full personal and legal responsibility for your content.
- You will comply with Spanish and international law.
- You understand that Nordic Anuncios holds no liability for any content posted or transactions made via the site.
